I would be very careful booking with this company I spent several hours looking for a limousine service which had a white non-hummer limo I explained to the 1st manager how important is was to not have black or a hummer for my daughters wedding I made an appointment and traveled across town with my daughter and future son in law to personally inspect that white passenger limo They had an emergency, so it was not there We went back about hours later Were extremely happy and explained to a 2nd manager how important it was to have a white limo that was not a hummer A few days before the wedding, the wedding planner confirmed everything Image my surprise when a BLACK HUMMER showed up at my daughters wedding The driver got back with me about minutes later to say - "oh, the white limo's air conditioning broke" Personally, I don't believe that since no attempt to contact me prior to the wedding was done by this company A few days after the wedding, I got in touch with them and they did refund half my money But they ruined that portion of my daughters wedding, which can never be rectified When I took the time to speak with different Managers on the importance of having a WHITE limo and NOT a Hummer, they obviously placed little importance on rmy equest
I'm very pleased to say that Happy Limo made my parents vacation amazingOur driver was on time, respectful and very cautious while driving! He checked in and let me know that he found my parents at the airport, he was so polite my parents were impressed! I recommend this company from Florida percent! Thank you again!

My family of used Happy Limo in Orlando from the airport to our hotel, then later in the week from our hotel to Port Canaveral for a cruise and back to the Orlando airport after the cruise We had requested car seats and they were there in the car for each tripOur drivers for our three trips were Marck, Kat and Jorge, each one was extremely nice and each one texted me ahead of time to confirm where to meet them and they were all very punctual Jorge even made a stop at a store for cold medicine for our children! We were EXTREMELY Pleased with all three of our trips and would highly recommend Happy Limo to everyone and will certainly use them again when we return to Florida
