total of $60,48. Then she decided to buy the handbag. When I input this amount into the cash register, I also told her again that the price was $60.48. When she decided to swipe her gift card to pay, the screen also said it was $60,48. When she was in our store, I told her two times that the handbag was this amount She also would be able to see it on the screen before she swiped her card. As well, our store policy is no refund or exchange. We have the sign taped over the cash register, and it is very visible to others. None of our customers ever complained about this matter. The store policy is even written on the receipt for the customers. However, I didn’t want to argue with [redacted]; therefore, I gave her a refund of her money like she asked. The copies of the receipts will be attached to this letter.Please cancel this case or complaint for we already gave her the refund.Regards,Xin T
