At first, the customer asked if we thought the coffee was supposed to taste the way he was describing and asked for help with preparing it, but when we reached out with... simple questions regarding his brewing and grinding methods, he took offense and demanded a refund or exchange for a different kind of coffee. We agreed to exchange it for a different kind of coffee and asked what kind of coffee he likes. He then took offense and demanded an exchange of the same coffee. We agreed to exchange it for the same coffee. However, he never returned the coffee, and the fact that he was trying to get us to send him more of the same thing makes us assume he started brewing it correctly and discovered how much he did enjoy it, and presumably consumed all of his purchase.An exact transcript of his complaint and our response is enclosed.Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, but the matter appears to be resolved.

The situation has not been resolved and I still have the bag of coffee sitting in my house I emailed Matt February 4th,asking for a name and address to mail the coffee to, he never responded At this point I would like to return the coffee to HappyMug Coffee for a full refund of $23.00. Revdex.com:

We are aware of this customer's numerous requests for assistance, and we have graciously offered a remedy to every request that he has sent. Every time that we offer the remedy, the customer changes his request and demands something else. [redacted] is clearly making things up and will continue to do so for as long as we continue responding, so this will be our last response regarding this customer.
