Review: I went into the salon thinking as a new they would be inclined to put their best foot (no pun intended) forward with their services. Needless to say the experience has left upset and wanting some sort of refund.I originally wanted to get a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. As I sat down the technician asked if I'd wanted my toe nails cut. I said yes and make them even. Fast forward 10 minutes later, I had not received the 5 minute massage, one of my big toe nails was cut on the diagonal making them uneven and not fit for the french pedi I originally wanted, my nails had not been smooth and obvious ridges are visible, and the areas where callous are prone to form were not filed down, nor was the back of my heels washed.I don't think I would have been upset if the other customers were being treated in the same manner but the couple next to me enjoyed a great massage, with a vigorous scrubbing, and meticulous attention to details were spent when working on their toe nails. I declined the manicure and settled for a simple polish and paid the $25. When I asked the woman at the front desk for [redacted] she told me [redacted] wasnt there and could not provide a time when he/she would be there.I have taken pictures of the horrible results of the work done and would like some sort of partial refund of services. This is not what an $25 pedicure should look like 2 hours later.AgainDesired Settlement: A partial refund of services- the service I received was equivalent to a $15 pedicure from a local salon that does not cater to a more discerning clientele... or experienced user.
