After many back and forth e-mails and ME correcting their accounting errors, they finally were able to provide us with an itemization of materials, labor, and profitAlthough this itemization came in over *** above what they said the maximum cost of our roof would beThe first e-mail, they said the job cost *** The next time I pointed out that we paid the *** in checksSo the next invoice that came showed *** but it did not include the shingles we paid for out of pocketAfter I corrected ***, she adjusted the invoice so that the total came to *** which was in fact, what we paid; however, Bill originally told us that the job would not exceed *** At this point, I am done dealing with the companyI am convinced that they have scammed us out of a few thousand dollars, but everything has been paid and I just want it to be done and over
