Review: Help repair pool cover
The 2yr old cover is. Broken. Called in spring for help and now in fall. Never heard from Happy Pools. This pool cover cost ten thousand dollars.Desired Settlement: Respond. HELP

I do not have any email or mail. I do have the letter dated oct 16 , that’s all I have.
I did talk with the customer by phone (Mrs. [redacted]) she said she call us way before, but I told her she may dial any other number because I don’t have any record of the service request back one year ago, in this season she request the service by email and we did the service and that was it, Because of the season we need at least one week period prior the service advise, again because of the high season, also I call her and let her know our apologies for any inconvenient but in this season some time we do need time and a little of patience for the jobs.
Below you will find the email she sent us, and I confirm we did receive the payment for the service on oct 11.
Hope you can understand we can’t go immediately to all the customers, we need to coordinate ahead the service needed and the materials we may need to repair any pool cover.
