Review: On august [redacted] of 2013 I went to the Happy Salon to get a hair cut. After my hair cut I told [redacted] the hair stylist that I want to make an appointment with you to color my hair, and highlight my hair also. I also asked for the final price, so she told me coloring my hair and highlighting my hair and blowdrying all together final price that I have to Pay would be $90, so on august [redacted] of 2013 (today) I went to the Happy Salon at 9:30am as my appointment with [redacted] was set for it. after she finished coloring my hair and highlighting my hair she put a bill in front of me for $175 I was shocked and asked what is this number for she said $70 for hair coloring $90 for highlighting your hair and $15 dolors for blowdrying your hair. I told her this is not what you told me as of price wise when I talked to you on friday the [redacted] she said its your problem not mine. charged my credit card for $175 when I asked to speak with a [redacted] or a [redacted] she laughed and said no one is gonna say any thing different to you. and she told me bye leave now. this is such unprofessional way of talking to a customer and this is stealing money from me. if she wanted to change the price before she starts to work on my hair she should have told me about it first. if she would tell me I would have changed my mind about getting my hair done there.Desired Settlement: I believe they should give me a full refund for lying about the price they wanted to charge me, also for not giving me the right information before starting to work on my hair.
