I did this on the phone He has an invoice number and I have the charge information.I included the invoice number on my complaint.The Visa people recognized the charge against my account but because it was more than days old, they would not adjust my account

I did this on the phone.  He has an invoice number and I have the charge information.I included the invoice number on my complaint.The Visa people recognized the charge against my account but because it was more than 120 days old, they would not adjust my account.
