Review: Order Number [redacted]. I ordered two tags from this business on April 20, 2014 and paid $45. On May 24th I contacted the owner at [redacted] asking delivery, it went unanswered. On June 4th I sent another email and no reply received. I contacted Square Market, which works as her site host or something and they offered to contact her. On June 25th an email from [redacted] stating the order had been completed and mailed. I replied back to her telling her that wasn't what I wanted, I wanted a full refund. No reply. On July 18th an envelope arrived in my mailbox. Inside was a letter describing the tags I has order but no tags. Nothing! I reached back out to her again by email, no reply.Desired Settlement: Full refund!

Review: Placed an order on Happy Tag website for a pet ID tag on 11/20/14. Received email confirmation that order was placed and that once the product has been shipped I would be notified by email. 1 month passed and still did not receive my product or any email follow-up. Emailed [redacted] (owner) at Happy Tag on 12/18/14, 1/18/15, and 1/23/15 regarding the status of my order, did not receive ANY reply from her. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, they attempted to call her but phone number was disconnected. To be fair I did place 2 other orders from her 2 and 3 years ago and received the product within 45 days, and in the past she would always reply to my email. I don't know if she's out of business or maybe due to illness or any other reasons that she is not responding to my emails, but she should at least take her website down so other people would not have to go through the same frustrations.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $25 (including $5 shipping fee) or if she can fulfill my order within the next 2 wks I would accept that as well.

Review: I ordered four pet tag. Around three weeks ago, I was contacted that they were shipping. The items never arrived. I have sent numerous emails with no response.Desired Settlement: Items promised and refund.
