On February 9, 2018, I called to make an appointment for a fitting for a dress alteration I went at the appointed time with brand new evening dress in hand (tags still on) Owner *** met me at the counter I told him I was here for my appointment for alteration fitting He called for his wife, *** She came to me and I held up the dress to show her what I needed She looked at dress and then asked me to put it on I put it on in the front dressing room I then came out of the dressing room and stood in the front lobby of their business while *** pinned the dress to me and we discussed where it needed alteration I asked *** to leave dress unzipped and then stepped into fitting room to change back into my clothes Upon hanging the dress up, I noticed blood stains that were not there before near the pins and on the back and front of my dress everywhere she touched me to measure alteration *** never mentioned any stains on the dress either when she first looked at it nor
