To whom it may concern, [redacted] and [redacted] have been long time clients of Happy Tails grooming salonDuring this time, there have been many exceptions made for Mr [redacted] and [redacted] that no other clients have received, such as consistently late to appointments, as well as multiple times picking up after closing hours, constant short notice rescheduling(which we ask 24hr notice) and they were supposed to stick to a two week schedule for their discount price(that was never raised in all the years), no show appointments, multiple bounced checks(over the 11yr period), showing up multiple times without payment, leaving services unpaid for weeksThere have been incidents with complete disrespect towards my employees, as far as in calling one of them a " [redacted] and "***" and I have still continued to provide services to themI feel as they have taken advantage of my generosity for many years and I have always strived to please them without expressing my own frustrations.On August 17th I received a phone call from Mr [redacted] , two days after the last services provided to their dog [redacted] , he rudely informed me that they were extremely unhappy with [redacted] haircut and they would no longer be using Happy Tails Grooming Salon for any of their future grooming needsAt that point, I felt I had no further obligation to communicate with themThis is In no way personal, I just feel as we are no longer able to provide them with services that will satisfy their specific needs and I need to do what best for the businessI wish them the best with their new puppyThey have always been wonderful dog parents!

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:The facts are not correct and the information content in the response is patially correct and I am asking for a bit more information about the checks and comments on the subject of this business response to the injuries that were inflicted on my fur late fur baby and the comments that were allegedly made to a employee and if the comments were made I'd like to be able to know to whom he made the very unnecessary comments to.? I am hoping for resolving this issue with a source of compensation for the suffering of my fur baby and my kids as we were had to be witness to the disability and pain that she went through with her injuries.? Anytime we were going to be late we were always certain to call the business and we were never told that due to our lateness we were causing them hardship and we wouldn't have came later had we been able to know that it was a great hardship. Sincerely,[redacted]
