Brought my pet that was suffering from respiratory issues After filling out the initial paperwork, the technician stated "per the notes in the computer we cannot provide you any services and recommend you go to *** *** *** *** ***" As this was the only emergency vet that could treat ferrets, we were shocked that service was denied The technician stated "we refused service due to an incident in the past" We did have a problem with the service we received in We brought in a ferret with an injured leg We were told there was no broken bones and she was given pain medication We paid the $bill and went home However, when we reviewed the X-ray, we realized they x-rayed the wrong leg We took her into our regular vet the following day who as well performed an x-ray and found that it was fractured As the Emergency Pet Care misdiagnosed our pet, we asked for a partial/full refund and were denied We were understandably upset more with the misd
