we have to mail it to Mr. Miller. Also, we have 49 IP camera's on the property showing his actions, and with him moving out, with me close by, on the property, within 20 + feet away from him. And some of this has

I will not go on this mans property. He is very abusive, verbally, to his customers. I have no idea what he is talking about in reference to video. All I did was move out. He was NEVER in my presence while I was moving out. He asked me to mail him a key, therefore I do not understand why he cannot mail me my key and refund. I WILL NOT step foot on this man's property, but that does not absolve him of his responsibility to return what is mine.
