repaired and for any inconvenience it may have causedThe Air Condition system
in the apartment was serviced on several different occasions to troubleshoot
the issue and ensure it was running efficiently before this complaint was
filedWe now have replaced the Air Condition system and there should be no
further issues, however we will be happy to help if any other maintenance
issues should arisePlease report all maintenance orders in writing to the
Leasing Office or contact our after-hours Emergency Maintenance line for
emergency maintenance as neededPer Paragraph 26, Cimarron Apartments has acted with
customary diligence to make repairs to the Air Conditioning system and rent
will not be abated in whole or in partAs a courtesy we have waived any late
fees charged for the month of August due to the inconvenienceAgain, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope the
improvements made to the Air Condition system will resolve these concernsPlease
feel free to contact the Leasing Office if you have any questions or concerns

August 20, To Whom It May Concern: Our goal is to provide outstanding customer service to residents and respond to all maintenance repair requests in a timely mannerOn August 6, Mrs*** contacted the leasing office to inform us that the air conditioning in her apartment was not
cooling properlyShe mentioned the air conditioning unit works in the morning and at night but during peak hours between 3:- 6:p.mthe thermostat goes up to degrees in the apartmentDuring the peak hours the temperature outside is over degrees which can make the apartment feel warmOur Lead Maintenance technician responded to the request the same day the request was submitted and serviced the A/C unitOur Maintenance technicians have inspected the A/C unit in her apartment several times since then and replaced parts as requested and provided further cleaning to ensure it was working efficientlyI spoke with Mrs*** and informed her of what repair was being done to the air conditioning unit on 08/12/so that she could stay updated on the progressWe have confirmed the air conditioning unit in this apartment works sufficiently and is cooling effectively at this timeWe have not ignored any of the maintenance requests she has reported to the office and have worked diligently to resolve this issueWe apologize for any inconvenience that was felt and hope the improvements made to the A/C unit will resolve the concernsIf you have any questions or need any further information, please feel free to contact us.
