We contacted the customer prior to Revdex.com letter and informed them that we would have a crew out as soon as weather permittedAs it turned out on March 7thwe went out and prepared the roof for the following day March 8thWe identified the problem as water getting up behind the metal flashing where it was no longer sealed but not visibleWe removed the metal and repaired the entire length of the roofThe grandson was present both days and agreed with our approach to remedy the problemIn fact he removed the metal and wanted to reinstall it himselfWhen we left the job he was pleased with the resultsWe will remain in contact with our customer to make sure our repairs were successfulWe are also providing this additional information to correct inaccuracies posted by the customer Job was completed on 9/25/not 10/9/and the purchase price was $ [redacted] not $ [redacted] Dennis D [redacted]
