We bought a English bulldog puppy and she was suppose to be health guaranteed just like all the other are suppose to be and we went to the vet the next day and ended up having to pay close to $800 in surgeries!!!!!! We contacted them and did everything we were told to and sent certified mail like told to and also had vet fax papers and they did not help pay any of it not even half like they said they would. When we got her we were told if anything wrong was found even as simple as a cold they would pay for it and that was nothing but a lie so just beware of puppy zone and if you want a healthy puppy that's not the place to go especially since they are puppy mill operated.
