Happy Tree Service

We were hired in February by the Homeowner's Association, this is a Townhome development. She did not pay us for this tree trimming service. She has not called us as she states in her complaint. We do remember receiving a call around three months ago and we sent out our
foreman who did look at the gutter and found no damage that we would have made. In fact the tree is so small no way could it damage the gutters. It appears the damage could have come from a ladder when someone may have tried to get up on the roof. The Homeowner's Assn only paid us $for the tree in question.We are not responsible for this damage
