Review: I was recommended progressive lens from the dr, however they were not a good fit for my eyes. I went back to get basic lenses which are working, however I was not refunded for the difference in the lower cost of the second pair of lenses.vDesired Settlement: $175 refund for the difference

Review: While I was visiting Happy Valley Optical (HVO) on a day in early May, I asked a female employee how long it would take to fit prescription lenses to a glass frame. She answered a couple days. On 05/11/2013, I dropped off a glass frame to be fitted with prescription lenses at HVO. On that day, I asked a different female employee the same question and she told me five to seven business days. I paid half of the fitting cost as was demanded by HVO and left.However, twenty-seven days later, HVO to this day still has not delivered my order. It repeated to make falsified statements, as its owner told me on 05/31 that the product would be ready by 06/04 or 06/05 at the latest. When I spoke to a female employee on 06/05, she told me that the owner would return the call within about two hours. He never did. Whilst HVO is excessively delaying the completion of my order and keep supplying disinformation that it would be done soon, I have been suffering considerable inconvenience due to a broken glass frame that needs to be replaced. Further, I have reasons to believe that HVO is intentionally withholding my glass frame.Desired Settlement: I request HVO issue a 40% discount on the price of the prescription lens fitting and complete the order with all due expediency. Should HVO fail and/or decline to perform these actions, I would escalate the dispute by taking legal action against its owner and writing negative customer reports. When I seek legal action against HVO, I give its owner my word that I would be demanding more than just a discount, including but not limited to, pain and suffering and/or punitive damages for an unscrupulous business practice.
