Happy Valley Veterinary Hospital

We paid $133. for our 10 pd. dog to get spayed. On our 2 week check up the owner of this hospital harassed my disabled daughter to get a shot and PAY ANOTHER $89.50 for another exam to get a 30$ something shot. I approached the owner and told her that we'd go to pet companion in Gresham. Why would we pay for ANOTHER exam when we just two weeks ago I asked? She stated that those "other" clinics don't follow the Oregon state guidelines. We went to Pet companion at got two shots and an exam for $52.60. Now that's just wrong on happy valley veterinary hospital. I told the owner that I was turning her in and she said I threatened her and asked me to leave. How can they harass a disabled girl and bill her for 2 exams within 2 weeks! This is wrong!!!!

Happy Valley Ver Hospital, Dr Cis very unprofessional, rude, profit driven, and has completely been avoiding all emails, calls and letters begging for her to call me back on my pets lab results, and tests also to talk about recent matter where she has negligently avoided to provide care for my pets health, where I had no idea that my pet had issues, that could of reversed my dogs health issue if I would of been told about itShe passed my dog for perfect health for two years, where I also was a great loyal customer, who spent over $10,in recommended wellness plans, teeth exams and cleaning, pet flea and heart medicine, and all other extras such as groomingAfter a incident of eating chocolate back in 2014, Dr Cstated that my dog had a elevated liver issue, said it would get better if I gave him meds, and never discussed or brought up my dogs liver ever since, passing my dog with PERFECT health especially under her wellness program, anytime I brought my dog in for anything where blood was drawn and tested or pieces of skin for biops, she never mentioned any issues with my dogs liver or any part of his body! recently I take my dog in for checkup due to him eating something from the garage, perhaps food that had Clorox spray mixed in from cleaning after a BBQAgain, told me to take same med, acted like it was no big deal he would get better, but in case they would keep him several hours and do tests and also send out labs to check for liver cancer or disease I send off my $500.00+ claim to TRUPANION that got denied claiming pre-existing liver disease! After asking dr C.to help explain the & incident was as she said "isolated" incidents of digesting dog toxic foods, instead she has someone email me to pay up or never come back, and that I should of remembered the incident was my dog having beginning stages of liver disease! I immediately demanded a explanation from Dr Cwhy that issue was brushed off with me giving him meds, and never ever mentioned it again! which failed to give me any chances of changing my dogs food, give him vitamins, put him on a liver wellness plan where the doc and I could help possibly reverse any damage and stop further damage! AND WHY SHE PASSED HIM FOR PERFECT HEALTH FOR LAST TWO YEARS! And also lie to my face that he was a healthy dog, and that I was doing and paying for all things I could to give him great health and where I was always willing to spend any kind of money for top of the line treatments and products for his health and happiness! Then when I wrote back demanding Dr Cto speak with me about the incident and also to provide me with the results of his last test she wrote back a letter, stating I was insulting her and being verbally abusive, and told me she would send my records to wherever I wanted, and never contact her again! Yet when I did ask her to send all my records to me, she still has not, AND when the new vet called asking for my dogs record she still has not! So all requests for records still not being provided, as if there is something to hide or more time needed to change info or makeup some other lies? I am so hurt, sad and angry that a doctor who pledged and gave oath to care for our pets, where I was such a great client that recommended everyone to go there, and $15,spent there later I was treated like this in the end!! I don't know what is going on and I don't know if my dog is okie as she has stated for the last two years, or sick? I read other reviews of others being rudely mistreated by Dr Caccusing her that she is only about making money! And I agree! The costs of service are always steep and she doesn't budge on any payment plan! Just expects us to pay up thousands on the spot! She runs advertising like crazy yet you don't even see her, she hires another doctor to do all the work, when in the beginning she did! Now no calls back for lab results, and no follow ups either like before! Only groupon specials and ads! Also don't dare not pick up your dog before they close they will not stay even min past even if your rushing on your way! Again they used to but now no way! they will keep your dog overnight and charge for it, and really will not wait for you even if you beg your on your way and almost there! This is mass example of neglect! How can a doctor just hand you meds and say it's gonna be okie, never discuss that incident or issue for years, recommend all sorts of wellness stuff, that I of course did, and tell you your dog is in perfect great health, but later tell you, OH YEAH DIDNT YOU REMEMBER years ago we gave you meds for his liver after the chocolate incident well he had liver disease then you should of known cuz we gave you a box of meds! DUH? so pay up or ship out! go somewhere else! we have customers that can replace you! I highly don't recommend this place at all! I will keep pursing this as well as neglect, fraud, and breach of contract! She is not there for our pets and could care less as long as you keep paying monthly wellness fees and also get their teeth cleaned and grooming!
