In this email I have included the evidence supporting that these customers were NOT charged for sodasThe dinner meals are a piece with the city sales tax of 8% in the city limits of O’Fallon bringing the total to $15.00, and then a $delivery fee was applied bringing the total to $before the customer added a $tipHad they been charged for sodas as well the total before tip would have come to $20oz sodas at $a piece comes to $after taxEvery employee who was present for this incident tried to explain to them that they were not charged for the sodas they requestedThey hung up on all of us at least onceThank you for giving us the chance to correct this situation Signed, Manager, [redacted]

I ordered the dinner for two meal with a coworker 3-15-at 8:30pWhen we opened the food the rice was discolored with chunks of hard burnt piecesThe pepper steak had a small amount of steak, with mostly onions and peppersThe beef and broccoli's veggies were rawBoth meals were blandThe soups were bowls of flavorless broth with over cooked rice & chickenThe egg rolls were also dark and over cookedThe only things edible were the crab ragoon & fortune cookieI called Happy Wok but they were already closed,so I left a messageI then called back the next day 1-2p, after I looked up reviewsI asked for the owner/manager to state my complaintAs soon as I said was inedible, the owner started to yell & talk over meShe was rude & refused to admit anything was wrong with the foodI told her to please let me talk but she continued yelling.I told her when a customer calls with a complaint, it should be handled better @ least an apologyI then said that I would

They were not charged for the sodas that they claim they were charged for. The waiter (who has since been fired) neglected to write it on their order. I personally delivered the order to their house. The total was $15.00, plus a $delivery charge for a total of $18.00.
The lady wrote a $tip: $total. Later I was told by the owner that the customer called and complained about not getting sodas, but the sodas were never ordered. In good faith, we attempted to deliver free sodas and show them the receipt from their sale. They never answered the door. Two attempts were made. The call back number for the customer was incomplete. The waiter attempted to call and the phone was not answered either. I went back a second time and beat on the door more forcefully. They called back an hour later and insisted that they did order the sodas--when I tried to explain to them that I went back to their house, they hung up on me. Despite our good efforts in doing the right thing, they have blasted us on social media

I am rejecting this response because: I have drop cameras around the front and back of my house. These cameras work at night are crystal clear, they pick up video and sound in HD quality. You can clearly hear the driver say 69.99 is my total. He also told me on the phone that he is the owner of the establishment. Not sure if this is true. I will take nothing less than a full refund. I have taken the steps of posting this to Revdex.com, [redacted], my [redacted] page and their [redacted] page, I have yet to take the final step to release the video but will if I do not receive a full refund. I would hate to damage an entire business for one mans greed. There are pictures attached just so you understand I know what I heard.

In this email I have included the evidence supporting that these customers were NOT charged for sodas. The dinner meals are 6.95 a piece with the city sales tax of 8% in the city limits of O’Fallon bringing the total to $15.00, and then a $3 delivery fee was applied bringing the total to $18.00 before the customer added a $3 tip. Had they been charged for sodas as well the total before tip would have come to $22.34. 2 20oz sodas at $2 a piece comes to $4.32 after tax. Every employee who was present for this incident tried to explain to them that they were not charged for the sodas they requested. They hung up on all of us at least once. Thank you for giving us the chance to correct this situation.               Signed,               Manager, [redacted]

Business states that they delivered the food to customer home. The charges for the food were for the correct price of $49.95. Customer was adamant that we were saying $69.95 but this was not the case. Customer may have heard incorrectly. Business offered to refund the $15 tip but customer declined....

Unfortunately the the food was accepted and eaten so the charges were valid. At this time the business is still willing to refund the tip amount of $15 as a courtesy to the customer. He may pick it up at business location at his convenience.

Review: I ordered from the happy wok. Driver showed up and told me the total charge was $69.99. The cost seemed high so I told him to show me the recipt. He fumbled around a bit then gave it to me. It said $49.99. Once I caught him in a lie he called 4 times telling me I heard him wrong. I hope he is not stealing from all clients.Desired Settlement: 49.99 + 15.00 tip total refund of $64.99.
