I ordered from happys and they tried to rip me off by and didn't appreciate it.the food isn't even that good

Revdex.com contacted the business ownerTheir driver returned after customer called and complained and gave the $to son or grandson

Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: We both asked for a trimA trim does not mean cutting inches of hair off a trimWe both expressed that an inch or so would be fine The lady did not show me where she was going to cut or how much it was she was going to cut at allIt is my hair not my husbands decisionThe lady did not show me in the mirror as well and the chair was so low I could not seeShe also turned the chair so my husband could not see where she was going to cut and if he saw where she cut he would have stopped her The cut was like she chopped my hair offIt was so bad my husband took me to *** and had it redoneEven the man who cut my hair there said it was a butcher job We went there the day after to get an opinionEven the Asian lady there who saw it said it was bad and cut to much off when we said it was a trim.
The inches of hair removed was measured by the cut and the location it rested on my butt The lady complained that she was upset that her hair did not grow that long and both my husband and I feel this is jealousy and retaliationShe kept calling my husband, DadAfter we reminded her several times he is my husband My husband has not visited that store in over years The lady who cut his hair did not do a good job so he did not return His hair is much shorter now and went there to see if the barber would do a better jobHe was not happy again but it was such little she cut it was no mindHowever, when he saw how bad she did my hair, he took me there the next day to make a complaint.
I do not care what reason the lady gives anyone about her excuse I was appalled the lady would cut inches off and deny she did any wrongAnyone knows a trim consists of an inch or two if agreed to Agreement is me and the barber or the person cutting my hairI am going to file for small claims against this business as I feel based on her judgement without my approval, consent or agreement, she violated me It violated me so bad that I cried several times because my feelings were hurt I refused to cut my hair from September 12, when I moved into my husbands home It was only that day we agreed to both get our hair trimmed to knock off the split ends only.
