Jim, We apologize for the recent misunderstanding you had with us. Please know that we tried to get it covered by warranty, but your extended warranty company, ***, did not cover it. The warranty package you purchased did not
include the throttle body as a covered item. We apologize that this was not covered, but you must understand that this was not our decision. We are simply the middle man between you and the warranty company They make the decision on whether the part is covered or not. We apologize for the delay in the response of it not being covered, but our sales manager was going back and forth with them, trying to see if there was any way we could get it covered, which they ultimately declined. We again sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, but want you to know that this decision was not ours to make, but theirs.
