To Whom It May Concern:Attached is the information regarding the debt for ID ***The customer was given the opportunity to pay the debt before it was sent to *** *** *** but refusedOnce it was sent to *** *** she told them she had paid the debt but we did not have record of
it and reported that informationValley's request letter was mailed and dated 3/4/and I immediately responded on 3/9/15.Payment was mailed to us rather than *** *** and posted to her account on 3/12/It did not clear her account on 3/5/because we didn't take the check to the bank until 3/18/Normally our IT department runs a monthly report to try to catch payments that have come directly to us instead of the collection agencyI am unable to find where they reported to me that we received this payment therefore the collection agency was not notified promptlyI am investigating why this happened.On February 3, *** *** again sent a notice that the customer claims she paid the debtI promptly replied to their request by email dated 2/9/letting *** *** know that the debt had been paidThere has been no communication from *** *** or the customer between March of last year until recentlyI was unaware there was any problem.I'm sorry for the frustration that our customer has experiencedI have responded quickly to all requests madeThere aren't any other records with whom she may have dealt withThis matter was already resolved of by the time of her conversation with “Company” on 2/18/and 2/21/so that should have been conveyed to her.Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because: The following is as of today from ***: As it clearly shows nothing has been done since May of 2015!! This has ruined by credit score. ProTel has not corrected their mistake. I want proof that they have sent a correction to the credit reporting agency, I also want a letter from them apologizing for their negligence.Thank you** ***
