I returned a ring on January 14th and ordered and paid for that one plus my replacement ring. I printed the return label on the website. I have tried many times to speak to someone and there has been zero response. It is now February 25th (1 and a half month later) and still no response nor a refund. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Aloha!The order was placed back in July of and since the ring size was not available at the time we have provided a refund to the customer back in July of as wellI have attached a screen shot of the receipt which shows the refunded amountAccording to the past conversation with the customer, there seems to be a confusion that the customer is still waiting for the ring even though a refund was providedTo resolve this matter, we can provide a customer with the correct ring size but with the condition of the ring having no warranty whatsoever and no size exchanges once the ring is in the customers possessionIt will take us month to complete the ring size Please let us know if there is anything other questions or concerns Mahalo, HappyLaulea - Cory

customer, there seems to be a confusion that the customer is still waiting for the ring even though a refund was provided. To resolve this matter, we can provide a customer with the correct ring size but with the condition of the ring having no warranty whatsoever and no size exchanges once the ring is in the customers possession.
