In response to the above ID, I had personally asked the customer before her party started, if she would like to reschedule her event, relocate to our bowling center or accept a discounted price for the heatShe and her husband, accepted the discounted price for her event that day.The AC unit was
not broken for 1-months as stated by the customerOur AC unit failed shortly before the event and we were waiting for our repair company to receive the part to fix the issueWe rented portable AC units to cool our facility, both upstairs and downstairs which were functioning that dayThe customer was one of parties held that day at our facility.After the party ended at 2pm, some of her party stayed longer in our facility to continue to play, not leaving early.We have been hosting parties for over years and believe we treat every customer fairly and honestlyWe tried before the event started to ensure the host was satisfied and we feel we did offer numerous solutionsHer party was discounted 15% off her total spent and she felt at the time that was acceptable.Sincerely,Jon M*** Happy Tymes FEC

I am rejecting this response because: it's full of lies. The portable AC units were NOT functioning. It was in the mid 80s downstairs and mid 90s upstairs despite the rentals. I DID have guests leave early, hence why we did not get to open presents. We were not given sufficient notice to reschedule the party as we were not aware of the issues till 20 minutes before hand when we arrived with guests already on the way. The 15% discount was only $30. We want our money back ro give our 3 year old the celebration she deserves. If you need more first hand accounts of how the expeeience was, I have plenty of guests willing to talk. We deserve a refund for all of ghis trouble. How dare you try to pass off an unfit situation on children.
