My experience with Har-Bro has been a complete and utter nightmareThey misdiagnosed an issue, causing great distress, and did not have the honesty or integrity to take responsibility for their errorThe problem they had found was an isolated incident that other owners were told the repair for was optional, hardly the emergency I was pressured into believing it wasThe bill I received was dishonest, claiming they had to remove my bathtub to removed damaged materialThe material ends at the tub and was removed before they took the tub outThe reason was to look for an issue that didn’t existThe investigation of the original issue was not properly executedHad they done their job, it would have saved me the agony
I have written up documentation that I am attaching to this complaint I also have several pages of text messages, facebook messages and emails to support the complaint, but I am unable to combine the items into one document It appears as though the online complaint submission only allows for one document to be uploaded I will provide the balance immediately upon contact from a representative of the Revdex.com
