Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have now responded back to the business that I do not want nor am able to renew the subscriptionThey have not yet auto-renewed it, but they are continuing to hold that over my head as an attempt to further sell meI guess they do not understand that No means No, i.ethey say this is not resolved because they are trying to stronghold me into a purchase of some kindResolution will be when the cancellation of a renewal subscription is confirmed.Sincerely, [redacted]

We take these comments very seriously and have shared this complaint message with the appropriate people.

To ensure this contact does not receive further communication from Meltwater, we have removed his email address and phone number from...

our database. Furthermore, we've added his email to a suppression list which will prevent him from receiving any communications. We have put appropriate notations on his account clearly instructing no one from Meltwater to contact his company again.

We are confidant this will stop all future correspondence and apologize for the inconvenience.
