Texan dodge will be more the happy to fix repairs on the vehicle for the customerWe will contact customer and fix asap

After speaking with [redacted] and sincerely apologizing for the way she was treated Texan Dodge will address here concern and hopefully keep her as a valued customerAnd also connected her directly to the GM Zeke M [redacted] for any concerns in the future she might have

The attachments are photos that I took before I headed to the dealership showing the 18,price.The photos is showing the stock #, the vin # as I have stated before..Also, this does not change the fact that I was lied to informing me, from my salesman that this vehicle was sold before I arrived to the dealership, only to sell me the same vehicleNone of this is making sense.This is a big dealership, I would think that Texas Dodge would be more careful making sure that these types of errors do not occurMy request stands as to honoring the difference on the price for this vehicle I have purchased Regards,

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, I do not believe the claim of rebates being posted twice is correctAs you state it was our responsibility to verify accuracy of the price shown onlineWe did that on two separate occasions over the phone with your sales staffIt was not until at the dealership that the story changed and we were told the price would be differentThere was no claim of "double rebates" at this time, only that the salesman offered us a price he shouldn't have and that you would not follow through onThis price was offered by the way with full knowledge by your staff on what rebates we qualified forHis claim was that he'd offer that price "regardless of rebates" As a customer I don't know what else we could have done to prevent this from occurringIt was a bait and switch to get us to drive 1hr to dealership and what I would describe as a shady business practice.We ended up purchasing the same exact vehicle through another dealership (for the exact price that was quoted by your salesman over the phone)As long as this complaint is filed with Revdex.com I would consider it resolved as there's really no further action to takeI do not consider it resolved, however, due to the claim made by the buisness here

We have reviewed the recording of finance transaction and Nate did disclose the coverages and customer was awareTexan dodge has no problem refunding the amount to the customer but with the understanding that with any benefits stemmed from said products will become null and voidThank you

This is where Texan Dodge standsWe will only repairs the dome light as a courtesyThe other issues are wear and tear that comes with a vehicle with that amount of milesThank you

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards, I drove the vehicle off the lot on Wednesday and was told that we had a deal with [redacted] for no more than a month with no down paymentI was never informed that a down payment was neededOn Wednesday I was told he just had to finish the deal and that there was no problem and all I had to do was come back in to sign in finance Friday rolls around I called Richard to inform him I could be there Saturday to sign papersAt this point he said that there was no issue financing was set with no down payment and even scheduled me an appointment so I would not have to waitI arrived at the dealership on Saturday waited two hours to even talk to Richard and he then informed me that the bank would not finance because the financed amount was above 130% of the vehicle's value of around 19,xxx which I saw him circleWhile the price of the truck in the deal was 20,we were at 132% dollars off give or takeThis calculation was not in my errorIf your finance department messed up on the numbers than they should have to cover the difference and make the deal that we shook hands onIt is your finance departments job to understand all the terms and limitations of a bank not mineIf there was any doubt in their mind that a deal was not reached than I should not of been told that their was a deal with a hand shake behind it much less let me drive off in your truck without signing papers Before you go out and accuse me of being told that I needed a down payment mabie you need to get your story straight on what really happened I was told a deal was done and all I had to do was sign papersThat's the bottom line And that deal was with NO DOWN PAYMENT so I would suggest that they make sure they have a deal before they tell a customer they got a deal knowing darn well that it wasn't finalized Good customer service is being good on your word they told me and lied to me and said I was financed and all I had to do was signOtherwise I would not of driven the vehicle off the lot if I knew what was really going on

Texan dodge has informed Mr [redacted] we would replace his head lightJust need to set a appointment to bring it in

I came in for which Diana I believe her name was to drop car off which was the same day she called me but it's always a miss communication once you arrive, I brought my husband with me to witness this and like always it never fails! These complaints been since June tell them to mention that and if it is me that is not doing what I need to ask them why I was told for all my promises which Casey the sales person promised I would receive but they would have to call me because the guy is not always there why haven't as little as a buffing been done to my car as well I guess that's my fault too! Mr [redacted] was shown several vehicles to meet his financial needsAfter coming to an agreement and finished the finance process, the vehicle came back with transmission issuesWhile in service Texan Dodge realized Mr [redacted] was In the wrong vehicle based on the options the vehicle hadWe realized that was not the truck we negotiated to meet his financial needsAfter realizing we made a mistake We were Willing to take a loss and let him keep the truck based on Mr [redacted] returning to sign new documentation on the correct vin (vehicle identification number).At that point Mr[redacted] got upset and decided to take his business elsewhere

When Mrs [redacted] brought vehicle to service we made every attempt to look at her concerns but Mrs [redacted] refused to leave her vehicleWe were even willing to provide her with a loaner car but couldn't because Mrs [redacted] did not have her license the day she was hereWe have made every attempt to get her vehicle into service but she refuses to bring it in

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint [Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] Regards,As previously told to Texan Jeep, the issue is not with what Slaters auto repair did to repair the vehicleThey test drove it just like Texan Jeep supposedly did (twice) and found the problem and repaired itThey both were looking for a problem but only Slaters Auto Repair diagnosed and repaired correctlySlaters did not charge for a diagnosis / Texan Jeep didThe vehicle is running great (June 22) and shows absolutely no engine problemThe diagnosis of "engine needs to be replaced" is ridiculousIf this diagnosis was correct, the Jeep Liberty would not be running as good as it is which is perfectAmazing they can actually try to walk away from the diagnosisFaulty diagnosis paid for by customerNothing wrong with engineThey should have said, engine shows no problemImagine if I had put a new engine in this vehicle ($6,000.00)? Nothing wrong with engine / faulty diagnosis.Due to faulty diagnosis, funds charged for diagnosis should be returned to customer just like any other company would doVery poor decision by Texan Jeep ***

There was a delay in the cancellation because it was fresh and in pending status with the warranty company we have now flat canceled the products and a check for $will be overnighted to [redacted] todayThanks, J [redacted] , Controller

The vehicle Mrs [redacted] purchased does not have transmission issues It had a check engine light appear and she never brought it in for service to determine what the concern was.Further we tried to trade Mrs [redacted] out of her preowned and Mrs [redacted] denied the dealShe wanted the same payment on a new vehicle that she currently pays on her preowned We have done everything to try and accommodate Mrs [redacted] at this time

Yes Texan dodge did except credit card authorization from customer after we agreed on price ,terms, and tradeBut after taking info and agreeing Texan was informed by mr [redacted] that he would not be in town to sign documents for almost daysSo at that point we could no longer do dealTexan fully refunded mr [redacted] and informed him we could not wait that long to finalize deal
