Review: Harbor Freight had a advertisement for a 50ft power feed drain cleaner, standard 50ft power feed drain cleaner $249.99 and a commercial for $399.99. So I went to purchase the standard 50ft power feed drain cleaner for the $249.99 and they said they don't make a standard 50ft power feed drain cleaner all they had for standard was a electric manual feed. so I showed them their advertisement, they said that it is a miss print and they could not give me the power feed one for that price. so I then told them that they need to honor it and they still refused. so I went ahead and bought the the electric standard manual feed one with a 25% off coupon I had and took there names and employee numbers. which are Antonio #74555 and Manager [redacted]. I then contacted the customer service, they said someone would contact me within 24 to 48hrs. No one called me within the time frame so I called again and they said we had to call the corporate office but with out a ext. # it hung up.Desired Settlement: I want the 50ft elictric standard manual feed one I purchased to be replaced with the 50ft electric power feed one like advertised.

I have done business with Harbor Freight many times. I have done business in person and over the phone. Every interaction has been positive and the employees express a happiness to work. Recently, I had a problem with an online order that left me with no options for the project I was working on. Their corporate customer service called me and went way out of their way to assist me. They even performed a manual warehouse check to find my items. My project is moving forward. Great people, great service, great company. Thank you Harbor Freight.

Review: I called to order several items, since the website was not taking orders at the time. I ordered an item and they sent another. The item that they sent is dangerous. I called to replace it and was told there is no guarantee that I will get the item that I order. They sent a comparable item and that is what they do. Isn't that why I order an item? To get the item that I want. Now, I have to send this one back and either re-order and hope it is the one I want, or drive 2 hours one way to their nearest store to get the one I need. This is time wasted and I need that item for my business.Desired Settlement: If the item is not in stock, inform the customer before shipping so they don't waste time. Also, the return shipping label they promised. And a 20% off this items sale price to compensate for the lost time and my having to go get the right item.
