They could have delivered it to another but I did not receive the package. If there had been an offer to pay for insurance I would have accepted it, but the package never arrived nor do I have the purchased merchandise or my money refunded. There are other complaints to this type of behavior as well listed on several websites. Please do not allow them to continue to rob consumers of their hard earned money. I hav purchased from them in the past and did not have an issue. This is unacceptable and they show blatant disregard for me as a customer. You couldn't even refund my $45?
