Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/07/14) */
We went to Mr***'s home on several occasions and attempted to address all the concernsWe have made many notes and most involved Mr*** not allowing us to make adjustments/repairsWe provided a year RWC structural warranty and
a year builders warranty at closing that has specific steps to take for 3rd party involvement including arbitrationWe contacted him in October to go over issues but did not receive a responseWe would like to send out a customer care representative to go over each and every item line by linePlease schedule with customer care at 405/XXX-XXXX ext*** or by email at ***@harborhomes.net
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 7, 2015/07/25) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I do not accept this response, because if I could trust there word, either written or spoken, the repairs would have already been made, and this complaint would not have to be filed
Additionally, any notes they have in regard to me not allowing them to perform repairs other than the one item I already expressed in the complaint are completely inaccurateEither the person entering the notes lied, or the person replying to this complaint liedIt surely makes no sense for me to make a request, set an appointment, take off work, etc., and ultimately not let them perform the needed work
As the respondent instructed in the response, I will submit another request todayI have already submitted these request numerous times, so if they are keeping notes as they have expressed, then they should have that information alreadyEither way, this again highlights the practices of this companyIf they don't have the notes, they lied in the response, if they do have the notes, they are back to playing needless games, and making me jump through hoops.....and for what?

Per our warranty specifications, the mailbox is not under warrantyWe have tried on several occasions to caulk and fill the mortar joints even though they did not exceed the residential construction performance guideline for the National Association of HomebuildersIf you need further assistance,

Initial Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2015/06/26) */
In response to Mr. [redacted]'s complaint our warranty process was explained in detail before closing and at the closing table. Mr. [redacted] sent an email to Harbor Homes customer care about roof leaks on June 18th. On June 19th our roofer went to...

his home and repaired the roof. We have not received any written warranty requests from the Paytons prior to this. We have requested for the owner, [redacted], to meet them at their home and Mr. [redacted] has not responded.

I have documentation of the written requests I have provided to Harbor Homes. I also have documentation of the response I provided to Mr.[redacted] in regards to the meeting, in which I informed him that I will meet once I have spoken with my attorney. I am still unhappy with the response from Harbor Homes. There are still outstanding issues as detailed and will be addressed at the time of our meeting. The fact remains that I should not have had to threaten a complaint to the Revdex.com and involve an attorney before I received a response.

Harbor Homes would like to have a meeting with [redacted] at his home. He was reached out to by Harbor Homes on June 24, 2015 asking when he is available to meet and we are still awaiting a response.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:  I have been asking them to come fix the leaky mailbox since November. They never stated this was not under warranty. They would ask me for details and pictures.  The builder did come add more cement around the cracks last week. He poured water over the top and said yes water is leaking in. He put a new bulb in and it no longer lights up.  That is because water has been leaking in it for over 8 months.  They should fix the damaged light.  Because if their negligence for 8 months, I now have a light fixture that no longer works.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
