To Whom This May Concern, We are sorry for any inconvenience; however, during the guest first day and night stay she did not complain at all about the room or request for any help for any concerns she may have hadThe hotel management can not help anyone in any situation if there is no complaints during stayIf there is a complaint after the fact, it is too late to solve the issues she may have hadUnfortunately, her reservation was non-cancellable and non-refundable due to cancellation policy, so we will not be able to provide any compensation.The guest did also make arbitrary comments, which are slanderous to the hotel and have no legal backing or evidenceSlanderous remarks, which are publicly view-able through reviews will be legally remedied if not removed by guestWe take accusations of this sort very seriouslySincerely, The ManagementHarbor Inn & Suites

To Whom This May Concern, [redacted] , entered and used Room#on 12/25/for about hours before she mentioned she "feels the room smells like smoke." We have 100% nonsmoking rooms, which was given to her as wellThe attachment shows in highlight that the room is in fact a nonsmoking room, designated with a N/SWe can not provide a refund or compensation as we rented a room as advertised and the room was utilized until she checked outSorry for any inconvenience

[redacted] ,This is [redacted] , the Manager at the Harbor Inn & Suites and I would like to first apologize for any inconveniences you may have hadI did talk to the front desk clerk who checked you in on 9/16/and am aware of the issues you mentionedThe desk clerk did show you Rm115, then Rm112, 130, and finally Rm If a guest is not happy with one room due to a valid reason, such as smoking as you had, the front desk is trained to provide other solutions and he did in fact do his job and the hotel did all we could to try to satisfy your needsWe do not provide or advertise brand new or perfect rooms but we do have renovated rooms and they are cleaned dailyWe held the room with a credit card for a phone reservation which is non-cancellable, and you in fact were given many options that were according to management is clean and habitableUnfortunately, we are not able to provide a a refund due to the cancellation policy, so I am very sorry for that; however, if you do decide to stay with is in the future we could provide you with a deep discount

In response the the complaint made by [redacted] , her daughter [redacted] made a reservation with [redacted] 's authorization on 7/17/for arrival date of 9/19/As the files attached show, [redacted] and [redacted] were informed over the phone and by email regarding their reservation and the cancellation policyNeither party cancelled the reservation with sufficient time according to policy and neither did they show up at the hotel for their original reservationThey had a change of plans last minute and made claims that were that they cancelled weeks prior which they have no proof of cancellationTime stamps were made of our communications with the guest: Harbor Inn / [redacted] Style Definitions */ 09/19/11:AM- called and confirmed and said will pay cashif they dont arrive by that time call the phone again and they will provide another ccd Harbor Inn / [redacted] Style Definitions */ 09/20/1:AM - [redacted] mentioned, [redacted] was coming and should be here around like 4-5pm to pay cash, but never showed up, so charged card on file as no show.The hotel never made any advertisements or falsely charged their cardWe are in the right to charge guests who do not cancel in time or charge as a no showThis is a matter of a credit card dispute and nothing to do with the hotel and how we run our business

Hello [redacted] , This is [redacted] from Harbor Inn & Suites, LA Habra, CA. First of all, I would like to thank you to give us the opportunity to reply subject complaint ID. Mr. [redacted] was a good tenant during his stay (more than 6 months) at Harbor Inn & Suites. Regarding his complaint about the hotel here is what I have to say. This place is filthy...they don't clean parking lot & when you receive room service the room is not clean......... If the hotel is filthy, parking lot doesn't get clean & when you receive room service room is not clean then can anyone stay for more than 6 months ?.....Our housekeeper swipe the parking lot on daily basis. Regarding not getting room properly clean Mr. [redacted] never told me that housekeeper is not cleaning my room property. If he had addressed this issue to us then we would definitely work on it. Our mission is only to make money but also keep the place clean for all our customers. The motel used to in bad shape few years ago but after the motel was purchased by new owner. They remodeled whole motel & turned the motel in good condition. Motel always get appreciated by customers regarding cleaning & customer service. We also do periodic carpet shampoo (carpet maintenance) for all motel rooms. We never ignore any complaint from any tenant or customer staying at motel & we always try our best to fix the issues from customers. My only question is if any one has this much complaint about the place then how come they could stay for longer period ?????? (more than 6 months). Also, Myself, my wife, all my housekeepers & even couple of customers had experienced indecent behavior from Mr. [redacted] . Apart from all this, considering good tenant we are willing to refund $ 90 (Ninty Dollars) to Mr. [redacted] as a desired settlement. Thanks***
