We are in receipt of your correspondence dated April 13, and April 24, We received your April 13th letter on April 20, and I brought it to the attention of the President of Harbor Linen He personally called the customer and left a messageThe customer returned the call on April 21, 2017, and told me what had happened I asked the customer to send me a copy of the pillow order and photos taken, which I received on April 24, (please see customer’s email below)According to the documentation, customer did receive the correct pillows (New Generation), and customer was past the deadline for returns We don’t know how the pillow that was in customer’s closet for several months became damaged but, as a measure of good faith, we made an exception and shipped customer two new pillows at Harbor Linen’s expenseAttached is a copy of our internal ticket dated April 25, 2017, along with proof of delivery (April 29, 2017) for the replacement pillows, which were emailed to customer (I will forward a copy of that email to you as well)We feel that this complaint was addressed and resolved quickly and would much appreciate documentation verifying same Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may haveThank you Best regards, Kelly S*Executive AdministratorHarbor Linen, LLCA Bed Bath & Beyond CompanyPh: [redacted]
