I have talked to this customer and I am going to take care of the situation. The customer was aware of the delay. It's not the roof itself that has the issue. The customer is in need of new gutter screens. If there are any other problems we see we will address them when we get there.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.   He responded quickly and came out on Friday and fixed 18 different spots where the nails were sticking up and patched one shingle that had a torn corner.
