provide fair and equitable offers to all customers including the claimant. Claimant has made this claim against us in bad faith. Claimant was loaned refrigeration equipment from us on the condition that only products provided by our company may be sold in them. Claimant was warned several times regarding his non-compliance with the terms he agreed to and we informed him that the equipment must e picked up. We made several attempts to pick up equipment at a time convenient for claimant but each time he refused to allow us to pick up our equipment. Ultimately, we had to take court action to force him to comply. On April 14, 2017, the Superior Court of the State of Washington in and for Pacific County ruled in our favor.
