Regards,
George *** They are unwilling as ever to co-operateIt is the board's responsibility to file for re-instatement with the FHA for all of Harbor Park Parcel CTheir action and not inaction is what they were elected for, and my monthly maintenance fee , I am sure, includes a portion for thatThey have been dragging their feet now for years, and with constant crossfire have managed to postpone this matter again and againNo good neighbor would ever behave like thatI should not forget to mention here, that only with the help of the Revdex.com was I able after years of waiting to get the names and phone numbers out of them for people who could possible help me with my problemThey did not volunteer this information, and have not tried even once to help like a good neighbor would

April 20, 2016   The Harbor Park Parcel C Board would like to reiterate that George [redacted]’s request for private financial assistance, as it relates to his reverse-mortgage application, was disapproved by both the board and by the ownership in April 2015.  The board’s position on this request for financial assistance remains unchanged.   The board has done nothing to impede Mr. [redacted]’s application.  In fact, we asked our management company to assist in finding a firm who would guide Mr. [redacted] through this process.   Furthermore, there is nothing in the association by laws that would prohibit either of the following actions:   1.)   Mr. [redacted] could go door-to-door within Parcel C to ask his neighbors for a direct financial contribution, in any amount, toward the cost of the FHA application. 2.)   Mr. [redacted] could go door-to-door within Parcel C to ask his neighbors to reconsider their April 2015 vote to disapprove use of association funds for this purpose.  If Mr. [redacted] can convince a majority of the 28 homeowners that this a worthwhile use of association funds, and if those homeowners communicate that desire to the board, then the board would be obligated to reconsider its previous vote.

This complaint should be closed, as the complaint has been lodged against the incorrect party, Prospect Management, LLC. This complaint should be against the Harbor Park Parcel C Condominium Association, Inc. [See attachment 1, HP-C WDFI Incorporation].  Mr. [redacted] owns a...

condominium unit that is within the Harbor Park Parcel C Condominium complex, and as the owner of a condominium unit in Harbor Park Parcel C, he is automatically a member of the Harbor Park Parcel C Condominium Association, Inc., as outlined in the governing documents for Harbor Park Parcel C Condominium Association, Inc. [we can provide the governing documents if requested, the file is too large to attach in this program]. This condominium association was legally incorporation on 10/23/2002 [again see attachment 1].  Prospect Management, LLC is the contracted managing agent hired on behalf of Harbor Park Parcel C Condominium Association, Inc. by their elected board of directors [see attachment 3, PMC-HPC Management Contract 2015]. Prospect Management Company does not have any ownership in the Harbor Park Parcel C Condominium Association; we are simply their contracted managing agent. As outlined in the management contract, as the contracted managing agent for Harbor Park Parcel C, any actions that Prospect Management takes with regard to Harbor Park Parcel C are specifically at the direction of the Board of Directors ofHarbor Park Parcel CCondominium Association, Inc. We do not take any actions affecting the association without the express approval of and direction from the Board of Directors. The decision whether to seek FHA approval or not is not Prospect Management's but the Harbor Park Parcel C Condominium Association Board of Directors. Prospect Management has no legal say in the decision. If the board of directors chooses not to seek FHA reinstatement, it is at the board of directors' discretion and not Prospect Management's. The only actions we would take in the matter would be to assist with gathering the required documents should the Board of Directors decide to seek reinstatement. If Mr. [redacted] is not happy with the Board's decision and wishes to pursue this complaint, he will need to dismiss this complaint and file a new one against the Harbor Park Parcel C Condominium Association, Inc.
