Review: I ordered a custom salad on August ** at 1:30 PM for pickup. After driving back home, I realized they put in bell peppers into the salad. I didn't order peppers nor eat them so I called back the establishment. The [redacted] said he will handle it and to come back. He told me there will be no mistakes this time, which I believed. After driving home for the second time, they messed up again. They gave me bell peppers for the second time. Of course, I was a little pissed about this happening for the second time so I called back. The [redacted], told me he could no longer help me with my salad. I said "forget about it, can I just at least have a refund?." He said he is not capable of giving refunds, which is not true since I have seen them give refunds to the customers. I told him to tell the [redacted] to call me, which most likely won't happen. In the end, I had to throw out the salad and lose $15 (cost of salad).Desired Settlement: If the [redacted] can call me, I left the phone number with [redacted] (The [redacted]). I would like a complete refund for the salad or a free one. I have been coming to the establishment since it opened.
