My husband and I are 85 and 84. On March 2, 2020 we reserved a condo at this business. Less than one week later, we decided that because of the Coronavirus and the warnings from the government, that it would be prudent not to go to this hotel-like resort with several hundred people congregated in one building. The chances of contracting the virus would be very high just in the using of the elevators to reach the various floors of apartments. We asked them to refund our money, which was the total for the 2 weeks, because of the virus scare but we were turned down immediately because the reservation had been made within what is their "no refund" period of time. However, we feel that because of our ages and because of the rapid rise in the spreading of the virus, that this no refund period should not apply. We would like our money back as it is over $2000 and we will not be going to Harbor Towers.

Billing Adjustment We would like the money to be returned to our credit card account, from which Harbor Towers withdrew it.
Harbor Towers did refund our deposit. The case can be closed.
This matter was resolved and the consumer has received a full refund. Thank you.
