It says I have an available balanceThat is deceptiveI rarely use that bank accountI had no idea it was going below zeroThis is nothing but a tactic of harbor one like many banks they create a system to generate feesIf my account is below zero you don't say I have an available balanceThat is fraudIt doesn't matter if it went below zero the fact is you don't mislead a person by saying you have something availableDoes harbor one actually think "available balance" means negative balance? Some of us work, some of us are busy, we don't have time to sit around all day long counting money, money that the federal reserve printed upIt just shows you how banks do not care about their customersTo harbor one their customers are nothing but numbersBanks like harbor one are what is wrong with this country [redacted] rolls over in his graveI shall be making more formal complaints against this bankAvailable balance means the balance they indicate that is available is there for me to useWhat a bunch of cheats Regards, [redacted]

You indicated to me my account was closed and then stole $when it was allowed to be depositedWhen I called about this I was told my account was re-openedWhen I tried to retrieve some of that lost money which was my customers I was deniedThis is deceptive bankingI'm about to file criminal charges for stealing my moneyI've already complained to the federal reserveI want ALL of my money back including all the ridiculous overdraft fees you charged when YOU indicated to me I have an AVAILABLE BALANCE That is deceptive to mislead me like thatIf I do not receive a check in the mail for the entire amount I will take legal action against your bank which will include criminal charges as well as protest outside your bankI'm sick of fooling around with you thieves.

Issue: Customer communicated to the Complaints department at the Boston Revdex.com organization about an Overdraft experience on his checking account
After investigating the complaint HarborOne determined that in using the *** service Mr***
supplied this company his routing and transit and account numbers thus authorizing the charges which overdrew his account
In our research of Mr***’s dispute we did identify several secure email communications in February and then again in April and May regarding his concerns with *** ***In the February communications Mr*** referenced he suspected fraud with the merchant ***However from December thru February there were no transactions on Mr***’s account and therefore our service representatives had no basis to file any dispute claimsOn February 9th in an email communication to Mr***, he was “Highly encouraged” to visit a HarborOne Branch to close his account and obtain a new account number that would not be known by *** *** if he suspected fraud
In the month of March HarborOne did not hear from Mr*** and his account had multiple deposits and withdrawals all from various merchant processing companies such as *** (including ***)On March a merchant deposit was received and numerous withdrawals from ***These transactions created a negative balance in his accountFrom March through May 8th the account was in a negative balance despite the electronic deposits and withdrawals from multiple different merchant processors
As standard practice, HarborOne Bank mailed notices of his overdrawn balance to Mr*** on April 8, April 18, April 28, and finally on May 8thOn April 10th HarborOne received the second secure email from Mr***This email simply said “I did not Authorize them” when HarborOne responded to Mr*** on April 10th asking him to assist us in resolution we received no further communication on this email chain
On May 7th we received the final secure email from Mr*** stating his position had changed and was now processing from a different merchant processor and would like us to waive the Overdraft charges (accumulated @ from March to May 4th) He also indicated that he did not know his account was negative by viewing his account OnlineOn May 8th the account had reached a day negative balance threshold and the account was closedA final letter explaining the negative balance and closure was sent to Mr***
HarborOne feels that we acted appropriately in the dealing with *** ***On several instances we asked Mr*** to please close his account or assist us in resolution if he suspected fraudulent activityHe did not corporate with the banks suggested actions to protect himself

HarborOne Bank waived the Overdraft fee of $32.50 assessed on Mr. [redacted]'s account on May 8th. This was for the Gateway Billing transaction of May 4th.  There was still a negative balance of $14.32 in Mr. [redacted]'s account, which the bank also waived. The total amount waived was $46.82 for Mr. [redacted]. HarborOne Bank feels this is sufficient.

Again look at the attached file I added. Where does it say I was below zero?  It says I have an available balance. That is deceptive. I rarely use that bank account.
