I paid off my house 8-15-19 and after calling many times and being promised that my relase (sic) of mortgage is being sent. And time and time again I have not got everything to register my deed to my house. I have hours on the telephone with these people. This is not right. Last time I told them I was putting a complaint to Revdex.com. They said they would make note of that. I need your help please.
Other (requires explanation) I just want my paperwork to register my deed to my house.

Borrower paid off loan on 8/15/2019 and the mortgage discharge has not been recorded. I contacted ***. *** stated that the loan was paid in full on 8/15/2019. The initial release completed was rejected and returned 2/4/2020 due to the initial release request being sent to the incorrect Registry of Deeds. *** initially sent the release information to the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and it was rejected and returned to *** to be sent to Southern Worcester County. *** reissued the release along with the check to Southern Worcester County to complete the recording on 2/6/2020. The release from the recording office has not been received as of today's date. Once recorded the customer will also be mailed a copy for their records.
