Hello, this is response to the complaint from Brian E [redacted] Revdex.com Case # [redacted]. It is true that Mr. [redacted] purchased a used pontoon boat from us last year. We brokered this boat and sold it for the original owner to Mr. [redacted] making him the second owner of the boat. He did pay us extra for the bow...

filler seat accessory and at that time was informed seating from Premier has a long lead time. I worked back and fourth with Premier all summer along with the winter trying to get his warranty claims & the bow filler order fulfilled through Premier. We did give him the option to have his money back or have our upholstery service build him one being Premier was not fulfilling the order. In the mean time Premier was feeding us back information that the part will be in soon. After talking with Mr. [redacted] we decided to try to wait it out. With it now going into spring of 2018 and Mr. [redacted] wanting the bow filler for the boating season we agreed to have our Upholstery service make him a comparable filler to fulfill his order. We agreed it will be complete before 03-31-18 with the boats starting to go in the water 04-01-18. Mr. [redacted] accepted this fix and we have our upholstery service working on the order as we speak. As far as the warranty claims with Premier go. After discussing with Mr. [redacted] about the bankruptcy and the new terms that Premier has to go by we are in understanding that they will not cover the items that they previously approved. Out of good will we are going to have our same Upholstery service fix some of the stitching on one of the boat seats that was previously approved under warranty through Premier. We will pay for the cost of that $75 to $100. The other issues were corrosion on a few cosmetic end caps  and Premier was covering that under good will being they do not cover corrosion they are no longer doing this and Mr. [redacted] acknowledges this.     So to sum all of this up Harborside Marina is going to fulfill the filler order seat that Mr. [redacted] paid $1,000 for by 03-31-18 by having our Upholstery Service build one for him. We are also going to have the stitching on the captains chair fixed for him and pay it out of our pocket even though it was supposed to be covered by Premier.
