The Harbortouch sales person characterized themselves as working for Visa/Mastercard and were looking to refund money over billed to me by my existing terminal provider, based on new VS/MC rates. Only when I received a bill from my previous provider was it evident that the service had changed. When I contacted them about this they said I have to pay an early termination fee to stop the service. The paperwork was done over email, and most of the contract is illegible, so much so that I had to have the salesperson read it back to me. He did not however reference the early termination fee and three year contract. I have not seen any refunds from VS/MC.

We run a restaurant open 7 days a week. Every Thursday, Friday and Saturday I start having issues with the POS system connecting to the network (Cloud based owned by *** I am told by HT). I end up having a line of people out the door and cant process any transactions. This has become a weekly occurrence. I end up having customers walk out. I have called tech support on multiple occasions and I am always told to reset the system and do all kinds of other things. They have told me it is an issue with the cloud operated and owned my *** and I can take it up with them. I explain I am not in a contract with *** but instead with Harbor Touch... It is their responsibility to make this system work. They are very unprofessional and I tried explaining to them that I am interested in terminating my contract because they are not living up to their end of the contract. They then want to charge me $1800 because of early cancellations. I have left messages with supervisors (so I am told). I never receive a call back. They support people I get after being on hold for 20+minutes always tell me they can see where I always call in but no one can do anything. Today, they offered a $50 credit to my account and a box of thermal paper for my printer (which does nothing because the system cant print what it can't process. I am at my whits end with this sub par company at best. Poor service would be an understatement because nothing works as it should. But you can bet they called me back when they were trying to get me to sign up for their service over a year ago. How this company survives is beyond me... what they are doing is unethical and should be illegal. oh and its not my internet connection because everything else on my network is fine... It's on their end.

I signed up with a 30 day trial in April 2017 and cancelled in the first week. Every month since I have called and cancelled and I am still being charged over $100 a month. Every time I call they say my account is cancelled and they assur me it's cancelled and will be refunded. To this day January 2018 I am still being charged and they still tell me it's cancelled and will refund within a week. As of today they owe me over $700 and tell me it will be refunded and still has not happened. Then once again they just withdrew more money from my bank, I am at a loss.
