I had this company come to my home on 3/16/My furnace was out and they cleaned it and charged a diagnostic fee for a total of $Upon leaving the technician said: If it happens again, reset it and call meLess than hours later it was out again, and this time a different technician came and said it would be $for a new circuit boardThey claimed they didn't charge me a diagnostic fee but admitted that there was laborWhen I questioned them as to why they didn't deduct the cleaning fee that I paid they day before as that clearly wasn't the issue, the second Tech said he knew nothing about that and then tried to sell us a service contract Buyer beware! These folks are cheats and charge for services that are not need d so they can double bill you
