I have been contacting Midessa Irrigation to come and fix a faulty and broken sprinkler system since April 5, My husband contacted them in July The owner *** has told me every time that he would be there the following dayHe refuses to even come and look to find out what the problem isI have spoken on the phone with him and he was very confrontational and told me to find someone else to fix itIn my opinion this is not a fair way to do business
Unprofessional and irresponsible! Told us they would deliver at 5:p.m6/1/then rescheduled for the following morning on 6/2/@ 8:a.mand still nothing! We've text and called leaving messages, but no responseMy husband and friends took time off of work to help lay SOD, and this company can't even give us the courtesy to call or respond to any of our messages! They need to put their big boy pants on and show some respect to their customers!
