told I had loan I signed for car gave them 2 cars & money drove off lot. Now saying the bank wont fund me I need to co sign or give car back.I purchased my car on March 7th 2013, and I was told that I needed to give them a bunch of information for the bank after I signed for the car and drove off the dealer's lot. I complied and gave them the information that was needed. Now 3 weeks later I am being told that the bank absolutely will not fund me because of another issue and they are saying that I need a co-signer or that I need to provide proof of income (which was already done!), or give the car back to the dealer. I traded in 2 of my cars and I gave them $3000 dollars, which they have cashed. I was ensured that the loan was approved already and have already signed all the paper work stating that I have this car, am paying X amount of dollars for it over X amount of months. Harbro should have had this all figured out and done PRIOR to me even signing my name on the dotted line and driving off THEIR lot.Desired SettlementI have already given them everything that they have asked for the bank. If they can not get the loan for this car I do not see why I have to be left without a car especially since this whole thing is not my fault I have given them $3000 and another $3000 with the 2 vehicles that I have given them. They need to figure out the paperwork and not tell me I need to do either this or bring the car back that is not acceptable. I was ensured that I had this loan over a month ago this should not be happening now.Business' Initial Response Harbro unfortunately could not get [redacted] income at the level she stated for the loan. To help [redacted] out, we did a recourse deal on her auto loan, basically co-signed the loan to help her out of a tough situation.This should have resolved all issues with [redacted]
