a [redacted] adjuster, this shop is part of a [redacted] program, mr [redacted] vehicle was repaired to [redacted] est and was picked up when completed. mr [redacted] contacted [redacted] about problem with transmission, vehicle was brought to shop owner put in rental vehicle , vehicle was taken to ** dealership for diag. evaluation came back from dealer problem with transmission not accident related, vehicle was returned to owner. this shop works off any insurance est, and if any supplemental damages do acure it is up to ins co to determine if accident related or not and shop will repair accordingly. any complaints made by mr [redacted] should be to [redacted] insurance co who denied the repair.
