After they were finished I noticed that they had placed the new hardwood floors over the living room heating floor vent In the basement the heating duct work that was connected to that vent was disconnectedI wanted them to come out and fix the floor by cutting in the vent hole again, reconnecting the duct work and installing the heat grate that should be in the floorI contacted the company repby phone on September 2017; texted him September 2017; texted again September and he replied "Yes, I will take care of it next week." That was the last I heard from them
