This is in response to complaint number [redacted] I am the broker/owner of Real Estate Network GroupI have read the complaint by [redacted] and would like to take this time to respond [redacted] enter into contract with Sherry H [redacted] a broker that works in my officeSherry marketed the property for [redacted] and helped [redacted] negotiate a contract that was written by another brokerThe transaction was difficult for everyone involved [redacted] is on a VERY limited incomeShe couldn't afford to make the house financeableThe buyers paid for updated batteries for the smoke alarms and were going to pay for the tie downs on the manufactured homeIt is all in writing and agreed upon by all partiesWe got down to the week of closing and [redacted] just decided she wasn't going to move and fulfill her end of the contract because she didn't have a place secured to move toEveryone worked for days to come up with a plan that would work for the buyer and ***The plan was days possession after closing for [redacted] and the rights to another days if she hadn't secured a place to liveAt the last minute [redacted] decided not to sign the agreement and the buyers at that point backed out as they were tired of trying to accommodate her and her change her mindEveryone that was involved in the transaction was accused of trying to take advantage of ***We terminated the contract; the buyers received their earnest money backI personally sent [redacted] a termination to the listing contract timesShe kept telling me she didn't get it or it wasn't a cancellation when in all actuality it wasOur listing contract is very clearSherry, the listing broker, actually earned the right to get paid as she brought a ready, willing and able buyer but we decided together that we didn't want to peruse that with [redacted] and would cancel the contract altogetherI sent her the cancellation paper work on 7/20/2015, 7/24/and 7/25/She sent it back to me signed on 7/31/and at that point her listing was cancelled immediatelyI have attached a copy of this cancellation for your review as it fulfills exactly what [redacted] is asking for in her desired settlementI have personally had many conversations with the buyer's agent and the contractorThey both said through the whole transaction [redacted] accused everyone of taking advantage of her when in all actuality everyone went above and beyond the scope of a real estate transaction to help herI have a deal file with e-mail chains that support what I am saying and believe that this complaint is unfoundedThe buyer's agent, the buyers, the appraiser and the contractor who worked on the house will also speak these facts to this situationJennifer M [redacted] Broker/Owner [redacted]

for [redacted] and helped [redacted] negotiate a contract that was written by another broker. The transaction was difficult for everyone involved. [redacted] is on a VERY limited income. She couldn't afford to make the house financeable. The buyers paid for updated batteries for the smoke alarms and were going to pay for the tie downs on the manufactured home.
