The above noted student has a current Tuition Balance due in the amount of $1,827.00 for the 2014/Spring semester. Said account was assigned to the Collection Agency (CRS) on Dec 10th 2014 as a result of no mutually agreeable payment arrangement.So...

you know, a call was placed to the student on 5/14/14 and no arrangement was made. Also, a call was received from the student on 10/24/14 which did not result in a payment arrangement. In addition, there was a letter mailed to the student on Oct 22nd advising her of said balance and requesting she call to make payment arrangements (see attached).As a result of the HOLD being placed on the students account, Harcum College will not release any transcript or grade information to any person or institution until this balance is paid in full.
As to the students [redacted] Tax document for the 2014 tax year. There was no document generated for the student as a result of the students 2014/Spring registration being posted on Nov 20th 2013 which fell under the 2013 tax year for which the student was provided the [redacted] document.
