Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: One reason, the Hard Drives Northwest just stated their report that I have read before, untill today they ignore my statement and have no any action and feedbackDue to the difference view I have to complaint themToday they just sent only one message? is it their service for their consumers? who sustain my complaint and claim? who help me to solve my issue these days? One reason, the Hard Drives Northwest just stated their report that I have read before, untill today they ignore my statement and have no any action and feedback. Due to the difference view I have to complaint them. Today they just sent only one message? is it their service for their consumers?  who sustain my complaint and claim? who help me to solve my issue these days? Nobody. So I must continue to claim them and must complaint them to solve my issue.
The other reason that I can't accept this response, the time has gone nearly a month the business gave me this message, ignore my complaint, they didn't actively resolved the issue, have not a clear fact-finding actions. I can't trust their service, they have no any credit for the issue. Before two weeks my friend also happened the Similar event, while the other corp checked and told her not the reason that water on the laptop,this shows this industry practice is doubtful, not credible. But most of consumers are confused and can not say it clearly because of unprofessional conduct. When have an issue for their computer, they have to yield. Good Afternoon, On October 6, 2015.   [redacted], brought in an [redacted] that was not booting or posting.   We took the laptop to our certified [redacted] Authorized Service provider, who first checked the warranty status, and then began to diagnose the...

laptop.  Upon removal of the bottom cover the technician found burnt marks on the mother board and water on the mother board.  Physical damage of this nature is not covered under [redacted] warranty program, so we called the customer and informed him of the damage, and that we could not repair the laptop under warranty. We also informed the customer that if he wanted to repair the laptop, we would have to charge for the labor and parts.  The diagnoses was done on October 7th, 2015, and the customer did not pick up the laptop until today, November 2, 2015l.  There was no charge for any of the diagnoses or work done.  Additionally, pictures are attached of the damage to the mother board of the laptop.
